I'm early with my entry for the Sunday Stampers challenge this week. Pop over to Hels for more info. the theme this week is 'Winter'; I decided I'd just do another card to add to my Christmas card collection. Just a bog-standard card. The thing I'm most pleased about is the sentiment - my own homemade rub-on yay!! soooo easy :-) Sorry I can't remember whose blog I saw the link on, but here is the link

Oh clever you making your own rub ons now. Cute image it's certainly been winter today.

Love that snowman. I visited the link to Erin - thanks for giving it. Just wondered when you did yours did you use non- printable acetate - because I presume it wouldn't come off if you did use printable. also, how easy is it not to smudge it??

Love the Snowman and the text whoever gets this card will be delighted. Thank you for posting the link to the rub on technique it looks fun, can't wait to give it a try.
Please don't vote me off the island or kick me out of the house (or whatever it is they do). I've been so busy I've not been to ANY of my favorite blogs in days. I LOVE this card. Very good example for the challenge.
I have to admit, I have done this technique more times than I care to admit. I have one transparency that I devote to this technique only. Not as cool as a rub-on, but it really gets the job done. And you get any font you want. I even printed scenes and faces. The possibilities are endless.
Guess you knew, that's also the side you use if you want to wet emboss your transparency. I'm out the door, but had to stop and say hi. I'll tell Billie about her bath. I'm sure she agrees, actually.
Gorgeous card Anne! x
