366 Journal - August

Nice and early with my 366 Journal.  Not much to say about the pages for August.  I used Koh-I-Noor water based dyes (' 'Dense vibrant colours, for sketchbook and design work. Exciting results when bleached'') which I also used to colour some copy paper for the triangles.

I really like how well July turned out. The colors really go well together, despite what you might think based on your comment on my blog. With blue and yellow making green, Augusts' triangles were right on the money. I still am amazed after a year and a half, how nearly all my British friends start your day on Monday. Of course, I should be used to it by now, but I'm not.

I forgot to add, congrats on being number 1 this month.

I've never thought of doing calender pages before...I'm really not a proper journaller, just a visiing stitcher, but I got hooked! I love these pages....definitely on the ever-growing 'to-do'list!

Congratulations on being the first to post and link LOL. Both pages are good I know you find something you don't like but I love them. Glad to see the flower stencil being used on August and the idea of the triangles is brill. xx
