I bought some socks months ago to make some of these after buying a book on them. I haven't looked at the book since I first got it so my sock creature isn't based on any in the book though obviously having read it no doubt it will have influenced what I've created ;-)

Anne he is fantastic, you seem to be able to turn your hand to anything. I bought a mag with instructions on how to make these sock creatures but still haven't had a go.

Those eyes and eyelids are a hoot. I saw them staring at me in the preview photo and laughed. Such a cute little guy, well I hope it's a guy! If not, I was very sexist in my comment (grin).

Oh Anne what a lovely sock creature! I want one too! I have bought a similar book but I never got up to making anything as I thought it was a bit too complicated! You might have inspired me!
