Mini Art Quilt number 2

I've almost completed another mini art quilt, just need to do the backing and bind the edges and put something on to hang it.  Not showing the whole thing again as it's a gift, but I'll show it and the other one (shown in an earlier post) once they've been given.  This one measure approx 111/2" square.  The bit showing here is about 5" square.  I've used felt covered with a piece of rainbow organza for the base.
Lovely day here in West Yorkshire, so I hope it's just as nice where you are ;-)

Your latest mini quilt is great. Lovely use of colour and you are going great guns with the machine embroidery.

Cant wait to see them all, beautiful stitching, freezing here even though the sun was out, have a great weekend, mine is gonna be spent with the melting pot bought 3 more colours of the utee.

I think I have seen it in the flesh so to speak and it is gorgeous. I love the colours, great machine embroidery too.

You see Anne, there I was wearing my hat and I have had to take it off to you cos you are SO CLEVER making fabric things and sewing and stuff... and this looks divine... wanna see more ... please blog it once the recipient has received it please.. wanna see the whole of it x

I love the very organic look to this quilt. It's really lovely. I wish I had the ability to free motion stitch. Yours is wonderful and the combination of organza and felt are perfect. Love the colors these two fabrics create.
