365 Journal Pages

No excuses for not blogging!
Here are my completed pages for June for the 365 Journal and July's pages prepared - oops, I know I've put June again but wanted to get them posted so will amend that some time during the month.

Also some pics of me and 2 of my grandchildren on the carousel at Southport last weekend - I look like I'm missing some teeth on that one :-(  The carousel is very close to the start of the pier which is the 2nd longest in England and was opened in 1860.  They say the tide never comes in in Southport and the pic of the beach seems to support that.  It does come in but most times not very far up the beach.  Looking at this pic it doesn't look very summery, it was for the most part a lovely day but just a few spots of rain and some clouds, whilst back home in West Yorkshire it was a glorious day.  Some pics of us in the House of Mirrors and a couple taken from the tram that goes along the pier.

Gorgeous colours on both pages and it looks as though you had a good time in Southport with your grandchildren. Never been to Southport, but love piers, so may have to take my grandchildren during the holidays.

I'm going to have to start using some hand dyed or hand painted paper like yours. Your little squares are inspirational. They make the entire page look even more decorated than normal. Ironic that your birthday month is the one you have to redo (grin).

Had a lovely time seeing all the fun you had on that carousel. And if course the House of Mirrors is always a fun place to visit.

Well, that sounds like something I would do (two Junes.) Maybe June was just so good, you wanted to do it again, OR maybe you wanted a do over...nevertheless, July is coming and so is your birthday!! Best wishes on your special day.

Hi! Thank you for your lovely comments on my blog! Just to clear up..I haven't done the 365 Journal this year, so that's why you can't find it!! I started last year and got to June, but then sadly gave up :( Maybe I'll give it another go next year...in the meantime I love looking at everyone elses pages! x

I love both of your Junes - I did a repeat of "March" and had to cover it with a label! I do love the zingy colours of June. Looks like a good day in Southport!
