Distressed Tag - Tag It On

I'm joining in the Tag It On challenge over at DragonsDreams this week the theme is 'distress it' and I really have ;)  I've used DIs and Tim's stamps for the background and added a flower and a metal dragonfly which I've also distressed.  I tore the tag a little near top right and added 2 staples.  I distressed it using sandpaper and the edge of scissors.  There's also some Blogaversary Candy up for grabs - see pic in my sidebar :)

Hi Anne. Thanks for dropping in on my blog. Yes, Paula is home but has been suffering lots of pain. Its difficult to get comfy when you have ops on the right at the front and on the left at the back I guess. It will take time and she needs lots of R & R now.

Wonderful blog candy on your sidebar.
Love your tag and all the distressing.
Poor Paula it must be awful for her to be in such pain and for her family to see her in pain.

I love your distressed tag - gorgeous colour :-)
Thanks for visiting my blog and for your comments. Yes, you do need to back up all of your files. If you get a serious virus (and it can happen to any of us) then you may have to wipe your computer clean and reload all of your software again ie: windows, internet explorer etc. You need to back up all of your documents / pictures / music etc on an external hard-drive. This is easy to do but you must do it regularly. You can get a hard drive from somewhere like Amazon. You just plug it into a USB port and copy and save your files. AT least then if you have to wipe your computer clean and start again you have everything safely backed up. Hope that helps! Kate x
