WOYWW Aug 25th - A Different View

Welcome fellow WOYWWers ;-)
My desk is fairly tidy this week, though there's still lots of stuff at the back that hasn't been sorted out.   Also as I'm showing a different view of the desk today you can see a bit of my messy shelves, there always seems to be a few bits that you can't find a proper home for - or is that just me!  There's a piece of card on the mat that I'm working on for a card and some 'Tim' stamps that I'm going to use.  Well that's it for me this week, short and sweet :-)
If you're new to this pop over to our esteemed leader Julia's to find out what it's all about ;-)
EDITED to say I've just realised it's a very boring desk today - if you want something nice to look at see post below ;-)

I am laughing out loud ... you know me too well ... Nah! It is not proper photography ... I am just taking half decent piccies for the website work shops ... maybe one day I will do it properly :0) And don't panic ... I knew exactly what you meant ... wildlife and stuff X Nice desk today missus!

I love this view of your work area. Do you stand to craft, too? I can't seem to sit and make art.

You have so much lovely light from those windows. And that shelf under the window is perfect for plants.

Yes, I fear we all have those junk collector pieces we can't get rid of, can't find a real or designated place for, and allow them to accumulate. Join the world of crafting (grin).

I thought I left a message yesterday telling you that I got to see the quilts. My fav was the deer, fish, and woman, all stylized.

It may be tidy now, but think of all the fun you are going to have getting it messy again. Thanks for pics of quilt show.

Can you get out of that door? I love that you can see trees while you're crafting.

What a wonderful, tantalising glimpse of your view. Is it inspiring? I hope so. And your desk doesn't look boring. Scary, but not boring!

Thanks for sharing!

I'm like Alice's White Rabbit this week - late. How lovely to see such a tidy desk. Makes for a good excuse to mess up doesn't it.
