As always with my journal pages I'm happy with them till I see others :-/ These started life as a completely different colour - initially a creamy peach! But after going over them several times I've settled on this. Not too sure about the yellowy squares what do you think? If anyone can suggest a better colour I'm happy to change them as I haven't written anything yet! The stamps are Art Journey 'Writing'. For more info on the 365 journal pop over to Kate's
The Sunday Stampers challenge this week is 'Sentiments'. I've made a tag this week. The sentiment is a Tim Holtz stamp as is the 'plant'. A new challenge is set each Sunday by Hels and is open till 9pm the following Saturday.

These are beautiful Anne beautiful stamps on the little tag, just I think a pale pink instead of the yellow might work on the journal but then again I could be wrong, the background really works its fantastic, hope you dont mind me saying, freezing here.

Love your Feb page and the tag is gorgeous, lovely colours. xx
I like the page the way it is. Gorgeous tag. I sent you an email so I can send on my handmade gift. Kathleen x
Love the tag especially the colours and the flower. I can't make my mind up about the yellow squares, have looked at it and looked at it but wouldn't know what colour to suggest either, sorry. But I do like the background colours.

Love the background on your journal. I think you don't like it 'cos the yellow is a contrast like Crafty Chris I think pink would work.
Love your tag it's beautiful. xx
Your card is fabulous! Whilst I don't use yellow, I think the squares are complementary to your calendar background and once written on will blend beautifully.
Thanks for your comments. I am catching up whilst flying home and this is written from 37,000 feet over Amarillo!

Heyup Anne! I love the stamps you've used on your Feb pages :) I like the yellow journal blocks too - makes a good contrast, but its you that's got to like it so don't take my word for it! x x x
Hi Anne, personally I like the yellow squares on the Feb page, and it will look different when you've written on it anyway! Great pages- I had a look at Jan on the previous post too - loving the snowdrops. I'm so glad you are still in the challenge x
oh these are brilliant hun love the coulrs you have used on the journal love that tag too, hugs cheryl xxxxx
Both are fab Anne - I like the impact of the yellow squares; and it'll make the writing on them easy to read. OMGee...I sound like the old eyed lady!!
oooh, gorgeous tag Anne... loving the whole style of it!! THanks for joiningin with the Sunday sTamper xx
Oh and ... I love yellow and purple together so I am no use at all asking about the journal lol xx
I think they are lovely colours, but then I'm biased as I've used similar colours myself - not photographed yet, just been too busy this week. It really was great to meet you at the show today - really pleased with my book, got me going on something already - poor hubby, neglected again!
Chris
Love the tag it's gorgeous. I think the yellow looks nice against the background. It will tone down when you write over it in any case.

You put me to shame. You not only visit every day, you have your Feb pages ready and your Jan pages finished. I messed up on my Jan pages and am a bit reluctant to show them. But I guess I'll get better. At least I HOPE I do. I love the nibs. Stamps, huh? Clever. And of course, your tag is a miniature work of art, too.
I love the colour scheme, and the yellow sqaures look great. Love the stamping too. I'm a bit late commenting on everyone as work has been a bit hectic, sorry!
What fantastic pages. Love your tag too :-) S x
