Linda's countdown tags 8 + 7

In case  you're new here check out Linda's blog for an explanation of the countdown tags.  As I started late I've had to do 2 at a time - well I didn't have to but as I wanted to play along I wanted to catch up, and now I have ;-) so here's my effort for 8 and 7.   I've been using the Adirondak colour washes quite a bit lately and am really loving them.  I've used a stencil and some of Tim's number masks on the time one and more of Tim's masks on the bird one.  I've used some of the felt flowers I'd cut using Tim's Tattered Florals die which were initially meant for my felt vase.  I'd cut one of the larger flowers up and put little tucks into some of the petals to make the middle layer here
